Worked with various Companies since 20th July 1985 and got exposure in finalization of Company Accounts, Taxation matters with Tax authorities, drafting of Various Agreements, Power of Attorneys and other legal documents, conducting various meetings, drafting of Minutes, Transfer, Transmission, and Transposition of Shares, Maintenance of Statutory Records, Incorporation of Companies Registration of Firms, Society, Trust and maintenance of their records, various approvals from Government Authorities like Regional Director (MCA), Registrar of Companies, Director General of Civil Aviation, DGFT, Registration of Trade Marks and other related matters, Appearance before NBFC Enquiry Commission, EOW, RBI and other Government / Regulatory authorities.
Compliance under Reserve Bank of India Act, Companies Act, SEBI Act, etc., Inspection by various Regulatory Authorities like RBI, SEBI, MCA, etc., filing of various Returns with RBI as applicable to RNBCs, KYC, and Anti Money Laundering Standards Compliances, compliance of Corporate Governance and Listing agreements, Exposure of meetings of Board and Audit Committee, Investment and Loan Committee, Asset Liability Management Committee, Capital Market Supervisory Committee, Nomination Committee & Remuneration Committee, Business Reviewal Committee, Shareholders’ Committee, Management Committee, etc.
